CycleFit Europe is my bike fitting studio in Bensheim. If you are dealing with pain, pressure, numbness, instability or repeated setup frustration, I work with you directly to find the cause and build a position that makes sense outside the studio.
You book every session with me, Lloyd Thomas. No handover. No anonymous process. No rushed standard fit. The goal is a position that supports your body, your bike type and the way you actually ride.
What riders come here to solve
Most riders do not come here because they want abstract fit numbers. They come because something is not working: the neck tightens, the hands go numb, saddle pressure builds too early, or a new bike still feels wrong despite the spend.
My job is to find the cause and build a position that matches your movement, your bike type and your real riding goal.

How I work
I start with the rider, not a preset number. I look at movement, control, load handling and how the current setup behaves under effort. Then I work through the position step by step via saddle, cleats and cockpit.
Changes are made and tested during the session. That is the difference between a fit that sounds good in theory and one that still works on the road three hours later.
